An exciting opportunity has arisen for an M&E Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established Facilities Management team based in Liverpool .
This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, ensuring high service standards, and delivering maintenance within a fast-paced operational environment.
The Role
As an M&E Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service level agreements.
You will play a key role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of static and mobile engineers
Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed safely and on time
Allocate work and monitor performance to meet KPIs and SLAs
Manage materials, subcontractors, and maintenance records
Maintain accurate job information using a CAFM system
Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Support reporting and operational activities alongside management teams
Participate in on-call and emergency support where required
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
AM2 certification
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Previous experience supervising engineers
Strong background in Facilities Management or Building Services
Experience using CAFM systems
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively
Full UK Driving Licence
