Position Profile: The Transcription Coordinator coordinates the transcription service, including contract management, system administration, user training, and performance reporting. Maintains daily communication with clinicians and medical typing staff to manage workloads and resolve issues as well as provides expert support and consultancy to all users of the transcription system, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
