The HR Advisor is a proactive member of the HR Team, supporting the HR Business Partner in managing daily HR operations by delivering effective and efficient generalist HR advisory services that align with best practices, legal requirements, and company objectives.
The HR Advisor will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Other Responsibilities:
* Participate in HR projects and provide feedback for improvements
* Attend HR meetings, conferences, development activities, and travel to other sites as required
* Support operational business partners in achieving business objectives
* Raise HR tickets for administrative requests, adhering to SLAs
* Provide professional advice to support change initiatives
* Demonstrate financial awareness in decision-making

* Maintain site absence, retention, turnover, and agency percentages within targets
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
* Organizational and administrative skills
* Experience as an HR advisor or similar role
* Ability to advise senior staff
* Experience with HR systems
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Driven, flexible, and practical problem-solver
Desirable Qualifications:
* CIPD qualification or working towards it
* Experience in manufacturing or food industry HR
