🚀 The Job Mission

This is a hybrid role, with three days a week based at our Bristol (Aztec West) office. We can only consider candidates living within a commutable distance, though limited relocation support may be available.

You’ll take the lead on fire detection systems within a major nuclear project, ensuring supplier performance, design compliance, and technical integrity from design to delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Resolve technical queries between suppliers and the client
* Support the contract lead through design and procurement stages
* Follow equipment manufacture, testing and on‑site delivery
* Review supplier technical documents and surveillance reports
* Manage risks, opportunities and design change requests
* Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces for fire detection systems
* Validate and track modifications using dedicated tools
* Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Knowledge of fire detection and protection standards
* Strong background in technical document review and supplier follow‑up
* Familiarity with UK/EU electrical standards
* Experience in heavy industries such as nuclear, power, or oil & gas
