Job Title: Booking Coordinator
Location: 45 E & F London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, TN37 6AY
Reports to: Office Manager
Hours: Full-Time + Paid on-call duties outside of office hours per month on a rota
As a Booking Coordinator at Nurses UK Group, you will play a critical role in the effective management of our healthcare staffing needs. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in recruitment within the healthcare sector, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and exhibit strong communication abilities.
Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating bookings to ensure the best matched healthcare professionals are deployed in line with client requirements. You will engage directly with clients and nursing staff, fostering strong working relationships, while using our comprehensive in-house CRM system along with Microsoft applications to manage bookings.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations concerning incoming bookings via phone, email, and various platforms.
* Optimize booking processes to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
* Assist clients with accurate and timely booking management for short and long-term needs.
* Evaluate sales data and client feedback to inform booking strategies.
* Collaborate with management to maintain efficiency within the bookings team.
* Create and execute promotional initiatives to boost booking volume.
* Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all bookings using our CRM software.
* Handle bookings through various communication channels, including in-person interactions.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in customer service or call center environments.
* Ability to persistently reach out via phone and manage bookings effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, facilitating productive interactions with clients and staff.
* Strong organizational capabilities, with an eye for detail and multitasking in a dynamic setting.
* Competent in using digital tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
* A genuine interest in advancing within the healthcare recruitment field.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on an on-call basis.
* Superior customer service skills.
* Previous administrative experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
