Territory Manager
covering
North London and the Home Counties.
This is an opportunity for an orthodontic professional to step into a field based commercial role, combining clinical credibility with self motivation, commercial awareness and long term relationship management.
The Opportunity
Our client is a long-standing name within orthodontics, known for quality, consistency and building genuine partnerships with practices. The territory is well established and success in this role comes from ownership, planning and commercial discipline, not order taking or transactional selling. The position offers structured onboarding, clear expectations and long term progression opportunities for the right individual.
Who This Role Will Suit
This role will suit someone with orthodontic experience who also brings:
* Clear commercial curiosity and ambition
* Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage their own time and territory
* Confidence holding professional, business focused conversations with orthodontists and practice leaders
* A desire to develop and apply sales skills, not just clinical knowledge
Typical backgrounds may include Treatment Coordinators, Practice Managers or orthodontic professionals who are already commercially minded and enjoy influencing decisions. Prior field sales experience is not essential, but sales aptitude, resilience and accountability are.
