Credit control Administrator (Temporary Position)

We're currently recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join our team at our site in Wednesbury. The successful candidate will report to the Credit Control Manager.

Job Description
Update invoices not completed from Orbis report, every other day.
Action e-mail requests that we receive in the 2 AR inboxes.
Batch run invoices- daily x 3 times.
Assist in taking telephone calls and card payments.
Assist with raising return to depot credit notes and ad hoc invoices.
Complete monthly detailed credit notes report.
Post bank payments.
Assist with inputting invoices on a variation of portals.
Action, process and monitor legal against customers as and when CCM requests.
Credit safe reporting which would entail data cleansing checks.
