Job Description:
The integration of Health and Social Care will continue to be a key strategic goal locally and across Scotland, ensuring health and care provision is delivered at the right time and in the right place. We are looking for a Chief Officer to lead our Joint Integration Board, overseeing the transformation and integration of services.
The role requires governance, accountability, and awareness of local and national politics, with the ability to influence stakeholders including Scottish Government, NHS, local authorities, third sector, and independent providers. Your leadership will foster a culture of engagement, innovation, and collaboration to deliver sustainable health and social care models for Dumfries and Galloway.
