Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of client pitches and market updates. Collaborate with syndicate desks on pricing rationales and comparables. Analyse new business opportunities and prepare internal credit and market committee memos. Support portfolio management through annual reviews and client monitoring. Build financial models for transactions and ensure compliance and documentation processes are completed. Assist senior originators in reviewing and negotiating leveraged finance documentation.
