We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Head of Product Design to join a rapidly scaling AI-driven healthcare startup transforming how patients access treatment.
The Head of Product Design will play a key role in shaping product experience across mobile, web and internal clinical tools, leading the design function.
Location: Fully Remote
Salary Package: £110-130k + equity

The Head of Product Design will report directly into the Head of Product, working closely with Engineering, CX teams and managing 2 product designers.
The Head of Product Design will:
* Evolve the design experience across customer-facing products and internal platforms
* Revamp design across mobile, web and internal tools
* Build and implement a design system to ensure consistency across products
* Manage 2 Product Designers to improve user experience
The Head of Product Design must have:
* B2C experience ideally within regulated industries
* Hands on product design experience across mobile, web and internal tools 0-1
* Experience with implementing design systems
* Strong UX experience and understanding
* Managed product designers
