What Youll Be Doing: Lead, coach, and develop a national field sales team focused on bathroom retail and merchant sales Drive performance through CRM discipline, sales process execution, and commercial acumen Build a high-performing, accountable culture focused on strategic, solution-led selling Own senior-level distributor and showroom relationships, supporting annual trading negotiations Drive sales growth through independent retailers, national buying groups, and merchant networks Deliver impactful sales-out activity including training, incentives, and showroom execution Identify and build relationships with key buying groups in the bathroom and KBB sector Develop tailored commercial strategies to support long-term success in this channel Act as the voice of the market, feeding insights to marketing, product, and operations teams Support national campaigns and product launches with field-based execution Collaborate on stock forecasting, training, and POS delivery What Were Looking For: 35 years experience in sales management within the bathroom or KBB industry Proven success managing field-based teams in retail, merchant, or distributor environments Strong commercial acumen and understanding of trade pricing, rebates, and retail margins Experience developing buying group or national retail accounts Confident communicator and influencer at all levelsfrom showroom staff to senior buyers Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally (and occasionally internationally) What Youll Get in Return: Bonus Up to 30% of salary Long Service Bonus Additional salary days awarded at 5, 10 years Company Car Plus laptop, phone, and all tools needed for success Pension Scheme 7% employer contribution Life Insurance 4x annual salary Ready to Lead National Field Sales in the Bathroom Sector?
