The role
We are working with a forward-thinking organisation who are committed to growth, innovation, and investing in their people. As they continue to scale, they now have a requirement for an L&D Manager to lead and shape their learning strategy.
As the L&D Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering learning solutions aligned with business objectives. Drawing on your generalist HR experience and solid understanding of learning theory and practice, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to embed a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate a variety of learning and development programmesConduct training needs analysis across teams and departmentsWork with managers and employees to create individual development plansSupport performance management processes, coaching frameworks, and leadership developmentMonitor and report on L&D KPIs and outcomesStay current with trends in learning and HR to ensure modern and effective solutionsManage relationships with external training providers and consultantsPromote inclusion and accessibility in all L&D initiatives
About You
CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or working towards Level 7)Proven experience in a generalist HR roleConfident facilitator and communicator across all levels of the organisationProactive, adaptable, and solutions-focusedAbility to build trust and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
