Our client is a successful organization within the Electronics industry. They distribute a wide range of electronic products including Passive, Interconnect, Electromechanical Products, Sensors, Semiconductors, Resistors, Capacitors, Optoelectronics, and also manufacture Passive Components.
They are actively recruiting a Business Development Manager for their Powys team. Candidates should have experience in the Electronics industry, a proven track record in developing existing accounts and acquiring new business, and be located within a commutable distance to Powys. Ideal candidates are highly organized, motivated, energetic, and eager to join a growing company.
Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of proven Sales / Management experience in the Electronics industry.
* Account Management / Sales / Business Development experience essential.
* Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction with the company's services.
* Manage pipeline and potential opportunities effectively.
* Provide prompt and accurate reports to the Board of Directors as required.
* Computer literate.
