Youll work closely with our engineering team to coordinate timely resolutions and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way. ? What youll be doing Providing first-line support to clients and internal teams Logging, prioritising, and managing service requests Troubleshooting basic electrical queries Escalating complex issues to technical specialists Maintaining accurate records and monitoring ongoing jobs Ensuring all documentation meets company standards Delivering clear, friendly updates to customers and colleagues ?
