Job Title: Engineering Assessor
Location: Hybrid, Site Based From Cheshire to Yorkshire
Salary: £35,975 - £38,985 plus car allowance (£3000+)
Engineering Assessor - To demonstrate a high quality of professional practice and provide quality support and assessment at a variety of levels (Levels 2,3 & 4) in Apprenticeship Standards.
The successful Engineering Assessor will work with apprentices and employers to support learners to achieve the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours of Apprenticeship Standards.
We welcome applications from both qualified Assessor / Tutors (i.e. those holding assessor and teaching qualifications), and industry qualified engineers seeking a new rewarding career in education and training. Applicants must be IT literate and be willing to travel as part of the role.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. To support and assess apprentices, using a blended learning approach, and take responsibility for the development of apprentices throughout their training.
2. To provide support and guidance to learners.
3. To operate as an effective member of the engineering team and to work closely with other areas of the business.
