We are looking for a Hard Services Contract Manager to oversee Hard Services Management at Victoria House. The role involves close management of the technical supply chain and providing engineering and technical support to the site.

Role Summary / Purpose and Scope: Overseeing the Hard Services Management at Victoria House. Provide close management of the technical supply chain and engineering/technical support to the site. Work across a variety of interrelated work streams.

Skills, Knowledge and Values
Skills (People & Technical)
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety, LEV, COSHH, L8, LOLER, PUWER, IPAF, PASMA, CDM, and High Voltage distribution
* Demonstrable understanding of building engineering, technical services, and maintenance in high-quality commercial office property
* Experience delivering BMS and Building optimisation programs
* Knowledge of working at height, confined spaces, pressure systems and substantial knowledge of operating, maintaining, and HVAC systems
* Excellent organisational skills & strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels
* Ability to use own initiative
* Effective PC skills, including Microsoft and Google packages
* Delivery of identification process for opportunities of condition based maintenance

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
* Demonstrable understanding of building engineering, technical services, and maintenance, typically in high-quality commercial office property
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety, LEV, COSHH, L8, LOLER, PUWER, IPAF, PASMA, CDM, and High Voltage distribution
* Knowledge of working at height, confined spaces, pressure systems and substantial knowledge of operating, maintaining, and HVAC systems
* Computer literate; able to create spreadsheets, presentations and write logical, succinct, and persuasive reports
* Lead FM technical delivery across a portfolio
* Client and tenant engagement for Optimisation and asset modernisation programs
* Technical problem solving and strategic planning
* Relevant Engineering qualification or experience
* 4 years experience in a similar role
* Relevant professional and/or technical qualification or membership IWFM/NEBOSH/IOSH/CIBSE
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5.30pm Friday
Salary Range: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
