Job Description Employment Senior Associate Location : Birmingham Salary : £85,000 - £100,000 per annum (DOE) We are seeking a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to join our client's Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE to take on a key role in their Employment practice. You will work on complex, high-profile employment law matters, advising a diverse client base across a range of industries. The Role Provide expert advice on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Lead on complex cases, including tribunal claims, TUPE, and workplace investigations. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. Offer strategic guidance on redundancies, restructurings, and employee relations issues. Stay ahead of employment legislation, advising clients on compliance, diversity, inclusion, and ESG matters. Play a key role in business development, delivering seminars and thought leadership. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their development. About You 6 years PQE in employment law, ideally from a City or national law firm. Proven experience managing high-stakes employment cases. Strong technical and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft complex employment documents. A proactive, client-focused approach with strong business development skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
