I’m currently working with a growing construction and fit-out business that specialises in delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out, and renovation projects within the education sector across the UK. Due to continued growth and several projects about to commence, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager operating in a Contracts Manager capacity to support projects from pre-construction through to handover. This is a hands-on role within a small but highly successful team, where you will be heavily involved in the full project lifecycle including pre-construction, commercial management, client liaison, programme coordination, and operational delivery.
