Overview
We are seeking to appoint a Motor Vehicle Lecturer on a full time basis to join our experienced, supportive team based at Uxbridge Campus. Our Motor Vehicle Section is equipped with fully fitted, recently refurbished workshops and up to date equipment and resources. We have invested in hybrid/electric technology, as this is a growing area of our course provision. Our learners are mostly aged 16-19 and studying City and Guilds qualifications, although we have plans to introduce IMI qualifications.
Qualifications
* Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Motor Vehicle
* Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent) or willingness to achieve
* Minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g DET, PGCE or equivalent) or willingness and ability to work towards a recognised teaching qualification, supported by the College
* Assessor award (A1 or equivalent) or willing to obtain
Knowledge and Experience
* Relevant experience in the Motor Vehicle industry
* Teaching/training experience
