Overview
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Oversee customer retention and incremental Finance income, to ensure maximum opportunities for our Sales Executives.
* Sales of insurance products and other value-added packages in line with the Company KPI’s.
* Ensure the team is working in an FCA compliant manner.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral.
* Measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to Senior Management.
* You will also receive excellent training and development from Land Rover and our Group staff
