We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in‑house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of legal matters within a commercial environment, supporting senior lawyers and stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, supplier agreements, service agreements)
* Supporting the legal team with general corporate and commercial matters
* Conducting legal research and preparing briefing notes
* Assisting with compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements
* Managing contract databases and ensuring documentation is up to date
* Liaising with internal stakeholders across departments (e.g. HR, procurement, finance)
* Supporting dispute resolution and litigation matters where required
* Assisting with company secretarial duties (if applicable)
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role (in‑house or private practice)
* Strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal processes
* Excellent drafting and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approach
* Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
* Experience working in an in‑house legal team
