We’re looking for a passionate, resilient and motivated Support Worker to help people move successfully from custody into the community — breaking down barriers, building confidence and opening doors to employment and independence.

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Managing a caseload of participants with complex needs — from custody through release and beyond
*
Delivering through-the-gate support, ensuring continuity between prison and community
*
Supporting individuals into training, education and sustainable employment
*
Building strong relationships with prisons, employers and community partners
*
Recording progress accurately and confidently across case management systems
*
Playing an active role in community hubs and partner-led delivery

What You’ll Need
*
Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent experience)
*
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & databases)
*
Experience working to targets and supporting progression
*
Enhanced DBS and Prison Vetting (required)
*
Access to your own transport
(IAG Level 3 or Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential)
