We work throughout the week in our vibrant Bournemouth office.
Due to continued growth and a change in ownership, we are now looking for a strategic, ambitious self-starter with a successful career in sales and marketing. Work in partnership with the Creative Director to develop and lead the strategic direction of the agency
· Seek out and pursue new business opportunities, occasional travel required
· Support the team when needed, so work is delivered on time and to budget
· Day-to-day financial management, including payroll and invoicing
· Produce and present quarterly financial reports and strategic plans to our Board of Trustees.
Who will excel in this role:
· A people-person with agency experience (account director, senior account manager, marketing manager, recruitment consultant).
· You’ll be confident, outgoing and able to communicate clearly – both face-to-face and on the phone. Proficient at writing engaging emails to clients. Essential for financial planning and budget management.
