Responsibilities As a vital member of our team, you will: Provide direct support to the Mobility and Insurance Manager to help achieve Solus' strategic goals. Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate current and future mobility and insurance needs. Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and Health & Safety standards. Build and nurture strategic relationships with supply chain partners to ensure long-term value and sustainability. Identify and research potential new supply chain partners to enhance our service offering. Investigate new products and services that align with company goals and drive innovation. Be open to travel across various locations as required for business and training purposes. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Experience or interest in mobility, insurance, or supply chain management. Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Qualifications 5x GCSEs C grade or equivalent to include Maths and English.
