Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE) - Legal 500 firm - Buckinghamshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in Buckinghamshire, known for its strong employment practice and high-quality client base

The Role:
You will advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

* Day-to-day employment advisory work
\t
* Employment Tribunal claims
\t
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and handbooks
\t
* Disciplinary and grievance matters
\t
* Redundancies, restructures, and TUPE
\t
* Settlement agreements
You will have direct client contact and the opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers on more complex or strategic matters
The Ideal Candidate:
\t
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
\t
* 2+ years' PQE in employment law
\t
* Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters preferred
\t
* Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills
\t
* Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused
