The Company
They are an international market expansion and corporate innovation consultancy with clients in Europe, America, and East Asia. Established in 1990, the company has 27 offices worldwide and approximately 180 employees.
The Role and Responsibilities
To support innovation consulting work for international clients, they are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator based either at the head offices near Oxford or in London. Hybrid working with travel is required.
You will work alongside project teams delivering projects for these clients, and with the sales and marketing team to support various promotional activities.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience and/or strong interest in technology, including information technology, and with creative and/or copywriting skills. Interest or experience in software/digital transformation, renewable energy, or green technology is especially valued.
Responsibilities include:
* Undertaking tasks for international corporate clients, including research, technology scouting, and new business development in Europe
* Compiling regular reports (in English) for client submission
* Engaging with clients to facilitate collaboration with technology partners, universities, and other stakeholders in Europe
* Preparing schedules and accompanying overseas clients on visits to Europe
* Developing the company’s sales and marketing collateral
* Performing general project delivery and marketing tasks
Your Background
* University degree in business, marketing, international relations, or technology/engineering
* Fluent in English with excellent writing (and preferably creative) skills
* Fluent Japanese skills are preferred, especially if gained through work or study in Japan
* Experience or interest in business, marketing, Japan/Asia, and technology/innovation
* Strong communication skills, comfortable reaching out to potential collaborators
* Candidates who speak Korean are also of interest
