Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits

Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager.
Due to expansion in our European operations (Bristol UK, Dortmund Germany, and Gdansk Poland), we are hiring additional sales staff in the UK. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in areas such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water Purification, and Wastewater Filtration.
The role involves developing major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks. Candidates should have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing within the activated carbon industry, with the ability to grow both new and existing accounts through technical expertise, collaboration, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
* Current experience as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar role, seeking broader commercial responsibilities.
* Experience in sectors like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Water, Wastewater, and related products.
* Ability to manage and grow accounts, develop new clients, and work with channel partners.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and training.
* Degree in Chemistry or a related Science, supported by business qualifications and industry experience.
* Strong leadership skills to coach and develop external teams.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with excellent IT and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills to motivate and influence stakeholders.
