We will ask you to build and lead a high-performing team, including an IT Programme Manager, Senior Business Analysis Manager, and Data and Insights Manager. We will need you to act as our senior technology voice at Executive and Board level, turning complex technical strategy into practical insight. We will expect you to bridge business needs and IT delivery across internal teams, external partners, and all levels of the organisation. We will look to you to lead transformation from the front and take people with you through change. We will expect you to support organisational growth by ensuring our technology infrastructure underpins outstanding care.
