HH Recruitment are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our clients busy warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries Picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer requirements Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch Loading and unloading vehicles safely Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and (where licensed) forklifts Conducting stock checks and inventory control tasks Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Following company procedures and UK Health & Safety regulations Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets Skills & Experience Required Previous warehouse experience Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good level of physical fitness (role may involve lifting and standing for long periods) Basic numeracy and literacy skills Flexible approach to working hours and duties Reliable and punctual Desirable Qualifications Forklift Truck (FLT) licence (Counterbalance/Reach) Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) What We Offer Competitive pay rates Overtime opportunities Company pension scheme On-site parking Training and development opportunities For more information contact Kayleigh at the HH Altrincham branch or apply now for a call back.
