* Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor employees.
* Sound understanding and experience in continuous process improvement.
* Thorough understanding of print production processes; an efficient planner and scheduler.
* Ability to understand targets and business objectives and develop and execute plans to achieve them.
* Leadership that drives cultural change.
