Job Title: Business Lecturer
Location: West Yorkshire
Type: Temporary - Part Time
Rate: 30 - 35 per hour
This is a part time temporary role to start 14th April until the end of June.
They require someone 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (8:30am - 4:30pm).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching on Business Level 2 (Pearson)
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching on Management & Administration T Level - Year 1 (City & Guilds)
* Plan, prepare, and assess learning materials in line with awarding body requirements
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and attainment
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance processes as required
Requirements
* Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Business or a related subject
* Experience delivering Pearson BTEC Business and/or T Level programmes
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities
* Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and awarding body standards
* Candidates must have a current DBS
Desirable
* Industry experience within business, management, or administration
* Experience working within further education or sixth form settings
