Qualifications
* A genuine passion for Religious Studies and a dedication to helping students explore meaningful questions.
* For ECTs: Completion or near completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
* For Unqualified Candidates: A strong academic background in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or related fields, with a willingness to develop teaching skills through supported training.
* Commitment to creating an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
* Enthusiasm for engaging students ideas and promoting their personal and academic growth.
