Mayfield Early Education Seaford is currently seeking a passionate Centre Manager to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will ensure the smooth running of our well‑regarded centre, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our children and their families. Qualifications
* Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
* Valid WWCC.
* Current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
* Child protection training or willingness to obtain.
* Child Safe Standards knowledge.
* Red Nose, food safety training, and SunSmart training or willingness to obtain.
Successful Applicant
* Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
* Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability.
* Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process.
* Show a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
* Be passionate about achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families.
* Radiate brightness, friendliness, and energy.
* Be available to work 38 hours between Monday to Friday, 6.30 am – 6.30 pm.
