We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist students in their learning journey. The schools require immediate support to facilitate the progress of students who need additional assistance to thrive academically. Your role will encompass: Providing support to students in secondary school settings, either one-on-one or in small groups, to facilitate their learning process. Assisting teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects. Creating a calm and supportive atmosphere within the classroom. Developing rapport with students and demonstrating patience and empathy towards their additional needs. Experience working with individuals who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements is crucial. This experience can be gained from various backgrounds such as care homes, sports coaching, or personal experience with family members.
