Signode is looking for a driven Business Development Manager - Europe to lead our growth across Europe. In this role, you will focus on winning new customers, building a strong sales pipeline, and leading a high-performing team.
What you’ll do
* Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
* Lead and coach a team of new business sales professionals
* Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
What you bring
* Strong experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business
* Proven track record of closing deals and driving growth
* Leadership experience with sales teams
* Solid pipeline management and sales discipline
* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
* Willingness to travel: high (up to ~60% depending on region/customer footprint)
