Job Title: Qualified Teacher Location: Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Duties: 1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum. 2. Assess and evaluate students' progress through various methods, including exams and assignments. 3. Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance. 4. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and resources. 6. Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and training sessions as required. 7. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and behaviour. 8. Stay updated on educational trends and best practises in teaching. Required Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). - Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field. - Proven experience in teaching primary or secondary school students. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment techniques. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: Prior experience in teaching primary or secondary school students is required. Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent classroom management skills. - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. - Proficiency in using educational technology and resources. - Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Postgraduate qualification in Education. - Specialisation in a specific subject area. - Experience working with students with special educational needs.
