You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and helping to deliver outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full secretarial support to Employment Law solicitors and partners
* Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating client appointments
* Preparing and formatting legal documentation, correspondence, and reports
* Handling incoming calls and client enquiries in a professional manner
* Maintaining and updating case management systems and client files
* Liaising with clients, courts, and external stakeholders as required
* Assisting with billing, timesheets, and general administrative duties
