Role Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Management Assistant or Senior PA to join the Allianz team in Guildford. The purpose of this role is to support the Director of Distribution in the Guildford and London offices. This will entail, but not be limited to: Providing administrative support to the Regional Manager (diary management, travel, meeting preparation & follow up, planning and co-ordination.) Compiling executive-level reports, preparing for and attending key meetings, creating high quality presentations and following up on actions to ensure they are completed as agreed Acting as an integral part of the Distribution Senior Management Team and working in close liaison with the wider leadership team and colleagues from across the Digital and Mid Market business, respecting confidentiality at all times Coordinating the Allianz Commercial Hospitality and Events Programme Completing detailed analysis and research as requested, using relevant data and insight from all available sources to constantly improve the leadership and performance of the Region About You Key Accountabilities Independently compiles key data and information to create timely and accurate BAU Exec and Board-level reports Provides ad hoc research and analysis, presenting conclusions and recommendations to the Distribution Leadership Team Undertakes and in some cases leads, projects and initiatives Organises, attends and co-ordinates events and meetings on behalf of the Distribution Leadership Team, using effective stakeholder management to ensure agreed activity is completed as agreed and within set timeframes Technical skills Skills and knowledge required, include the following: Proactive self-starter able to learn quickly High level of organisational and time management skills Efficient, adept at problem solving and a strong communicator Research and analytical skills (including interpreting data) Experience in preparing high quality reports and presentations with a keen eye for detail Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) What We Will Offer You Recognised and rewarded for a job well done, we have a range of flexible benefits for you to choose from- so you can pick a package that’s perfect for you.
