Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, specialising in VAG models
Conducting MOT testing with a valid MOT licence
Performing PDI inspections, vehicle servicing, and maintenance tasks
Ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and first-time fix rates are maximised
Collaborating with colleagues to meet workshop targets and deliver excellent customer service
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
Using diagnostic scanners and dealership systems efficiently to identify issuesRequirements as Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent essential
Valid MOT licence (mandatory)
Experience working within a main dealer environment highly advantageous
Possession of own tools and a valid UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Enthusiastic about working with VAG vehicles and delivering excellent customer care
