Multi Skilled Engineer
Alexander Steele is recruiting a multi skilled engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Norfolk. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimising food production machinery and processes.

* 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including conveyors and packaging machines.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
* The successful candidate must be familiar with process machinery or equivalent equipment.
Background Experience:
* HNC, HND or degree in Electrical, or related engineering field.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing or processing environment.
* Strong fault-finding skills
* Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
* Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
