Candidate Coordinator (Tech-Savvy | People Focused) £28-£30k + commission/bonus (OTE £45k) We’re a modern recruitment business looking for smart, curious people who enjoy talking to candidates and enjoy learning how technology makes recruitment better. We’re looking for people who’ve worked in roles where structured communication, systems, and follow-ups matter - not necessarily recruitment. We’re interested in how you think and learn, not where you’ve worked before. This is not a 360 recruiter role. No cold business development. No old-school grind. Instead, you’ll be: • Speaking with candidates via phone and video • Guiding them through interview processes • Working alongside AI - powered recruitment tools inside our ATS • Managing automated outreach across email, WhatsApp and other channels You don’t need prior recruitment experience. You do need to be bright, organised, and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
