We’re working with a supportive secondary school looking for a confident Science Teacher who can teach across KS3 and KS4. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or still building your classroom experience, the department is ready to welcome someone who’s passionate, positive and knows how to make learning feel exciting.
What you’ll be doing
1. Teaching general Science across KS3 and KS4
2. Delivering engaging, accessible lessons that get students involved
3. Supporting pupils with practical work and scientific thinking
4. Working with the department to keep planning smooth and consistent
5. Building strong routines so lessons feel calm and purposeful

6. A Science specialist who enjoys their subject
7. Someone with strong behaviour management and a warm teaching style
8. Good communication and the confidence to hit the ground running
9. A team player who brings ideas, energy and a bit of spark
10. QTS preferred, but we’re happy to hear from strong ECTs or instructors too

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
