We have a rare opportunity to lead operations in a new energy venture. This role aims to deliver low-cost, high customer satisfaction. You will be the senior operations leader shaping the operating model, build, and run phases.
Key accountabilities:
* Lead the creation and operation of a leading energy operating model.
* Focus initially on setup, defining structures, processes, and systems.
* Own operational expenses for customer care, back-office, and industry flow, including onboarding, complaints, debt management, metering, and reporting.
* Bring senior leadership experience in retail energy operations.
* Develop a team of operational experts focused on efficiency and customer service.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with energy operations professionals across Centrica.
* Ensure compliance with FCA and Ofgem standards.
What we're looking for:
* Experienced energy operations leader with hands-on experience in a top energy organization.
* Deep knowledge of energy regulations, licensing, OFGEM guidance, and reporting standards.
* Innovative thinker with a focus on operational excellence and customer service.
* Growth mindset and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Experience managing significant budgets and leading teams of 10+.
