SENCO Lead & Transform SEN Provision (Enfield, North London) Are you an exceptional, qualified SENCO ready to lead a large, well-established SEN team within a thriving North London primary school? This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to step into a high-impact SENCO role starting ASAP or in the Summer term, with the potential to become a permanent appointment from September 2026 for the right candidate. The school is seeking a strategic, experienced SENCO with outstanding references and the credibility to drive whole-school inclusion at scale.
