We are seeking a Head Dental Nurse for a full-time, permanent role at our expanding dental practice in Preston.
* Assist dentists with treatments, providing high-standard chairside support
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment, ensuring staff compliance with infection control standards
* Accurately manage clinical notes and audit equipment to ensure smooth practice operations
* Lead the team in CQC compliance and infection control procedures
* Coordinate staff development and support clinical team needs
* Work closely with the Practice Manager to support daily practice management
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
* Full Dental Nursing Qualification and GDC registration
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
* Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
* Outstanding chairside manner and patient-focused approach
* Friendly, approachable, and passionate about patient care
