We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Principal Social Worker to join the Adults Safeguarding Team in Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is an ongoing agency contract and we are looking for a Social Worker with 3+ years post qualifiying experience in Adult's Services,

* Social work qualification & registration with Social Care Wales
* Strong background in adult social care
* Experience leading and mentoring social workers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
