Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across building services systems. * Respond to reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner. * Perform fault finding and basic repairs across electrical and mechanical systems. * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and client procedures. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and update job management systems. * Liaise with site management and other contractors where required. * Support general building maintenance across the site.
