The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. You’ll act as the go-to for support, performance insights, and identifying opportunities for additional services, helping drive both retention and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B accounts
* Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders
* Conduct usage reviews and performance check-ins with clients
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to support client needs
* Keep customer data and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) accurate and up to date
* Provide regular forecasting and revenue reporting
* Feed insights back into product development and customer experience strategy
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in a B2B software Account Management
* Experience in proptech or the property industry
* Track record of growing accounts and driving client satisfaction
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Able to analyse data to draw out key client insights
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
* Background in finance, accounting and property is a real bonus
