Senior Product Manager, Digital Advertising
UK | 2 days per week in office | Global remit
A major global travel platform has rebuilt its advertising technology stack for the first time in nearly 20 years.
The infrastructure is in place. Now it needs an owner.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to take full accountability for the advertising platform across booking flows, API surfaces and audience extension channels.
This is not an ad sales role.
This is not purely analytics.
This is hands-on product leadership.
You will:
* Own the advertising product vision and roadmap end to end
* Translate commercial and market objectives into clear product decisions and engineering delivery
* Define placement, targeting and distribution strategy
* Balance monetisation performance with customer experience
* Partner with analytics on ROAS performance and convert insights into product change
* Lead a small distributed team including a US-based direct report
* Engage directly with senior leadership in a high-visibility environment
The heavy platform build is largely done. The opportunity now is to shape distribution, scale capability and materially influence revenue.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is a strong Senior Product Manager first, advertising specialist second
* Has built or scaled monetised digital surfaces such as sponsored listings, retail media, marketplace ads or similar
* Is comfortable operating hands-on, not just at the strategy layer
* Can switch between executive conversations and engineering detail
* Thrives in ownership and ambiguity rather than heavy process
Travel experience is helpful but not required. Advertising platform literacy is essential.
