Your role in a nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Demonstrate and uphold the company's values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
More About The Role
With over 2,000 products, our consultants provide expert advice, help customers discover suitable products, and promote the Body Shop’s ethos of natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. You will teach customers about product origins, engage proactively, and help them find solutions that fit their preferences and lifestyle.
